Hi, I’m Chimene Van Gundy, bestselling author and mobile home millionaire. And on today’s video we’re going to talk about mobile home financing for ways to make sure that your buyer is qualified. The first thing that you’re going to want to do is make sure that you check their background, make sure they don’t have any felonies or anything where they’ve been involved with anything that hurts a child or domestic violence. Especially. A lot of times parks will overlook if they’ve had a DUI, but just make sure that they don’t have any felonies. The next thing that you’re going to want to do is to check their credit, make sure that they have a good history of making payments on time. The third thing that you’re going to want to do is to check their status. So I deal with a lot of people that have ITINs that are actually migrant workers and they are here legally in the US and can work and live here. Make sure that you check the status of them to make sure that they’re able to work and live in the u s the last thing that you’re going to want to check is proof of income. Make sure that they make the money they say that you do, and make sure it’s at least two to three times the amount that they’re going to pay for the home and that they can afford it. Also, ensure that they’ve been at their job at least six months to a year and that they have jobs stability. If you do these things, this will ensure that you have a qualified buyer to put into your mobile home and good luck on your way to helping your mobile home get financed and have a qualified buyer.
